This was of tremendous help to me. Thank you so much! Saved me from a week of headache. Can I ask you one more favour? Currently in my RT implementation there are two mail ids which I want to remove from the watchers list as soon as they are added on using this scrip.. Can you please write some lines of the code as I am not known to Perl.

For eg. For a mail, by using this scrip, suppose 7 people are added in the watcher list. Now I want to remove "abc@xyz.com" and "123@456.com".. Please help!
