RT user/hacker/fan since the dark days of version 1.0 .. pleasantly surprised to find RT continues to be relevant and actively updated after more than a decade of use :).

I manage the team at Grox Pty Ltd, a boutique software development company based in Sydney, Australia.

Grox specialises in developing scalable, cost-effective, and robust database-driven applications for internet businesses.

We currently use RT 3.8.x to track our development items and client support requests.

We also help install, customise, and support RT instances for clients such as Foodditive, Credit Card Finder, and UTBox.
