I was Systems Coordinator for Computing and Information Sciences at Kansas State University. We used RT to manage all support requests and to keep myself and my three students from losing things.

I am now the Interaction Developer for Boomer Consulting, Inc. and we use RT for a number of tasks ranging from helping manage sales, feedback, tech support, and bug tracking for our development projects.
