Hi All,

I have a following request ,kindly please help me whether this is possible to implement the same on the system.

1. I have a Queue called SAT Form.

2. All Users (A,B....Z) need to access this Queue,to create and update the tickets available in SAT form Queue.

3.But whatever tickets raised by A should viewable by B,C...Z and vice versa for all users.

currently we are using RT version 4.0.
