WatchAsAdminCc

This right allows a user to add or remove himself as an AdminCC on a ticket. The ModifyTicket right allows this too. (Note that ModifyTicket does not allow this in rt4).

A user can add or remove himself as an AdminCC on a queue where he has this right to the queue. The ModifyQueueWatchers right allow this too.
