UPDATE: I am not working for the Freie Universität Berlin and hence not administering a RT installation any more.

On the other hand I am still interested in RT and try to keep my pathcs up to date.

The following information applied to the installation at the Freie Universität when I leaved it:

We use RT and (in a yet restricted manner) RTFM to track our support tasks for staff and students. Our RT installation is on a dual proc Pentium III with Debian Linux.
