how is it possible to modify this script so if the requester (a user in RT) submits a ticket and then subsequently replies to the ticket before it's taken by a queue admins the ticket is given to the requester.
hugo (Hugo Boss) - Ticket created
hugo (Hugo Boss) - Correspondence added
The RT System itself - Given to hugo (Hugo Boss)
queueadmin (Queue Admin) - Correspondence added
queueadmin (Queue Admin) - Stolen from hugo (Hugo Boss)
Since the user is not an admin of the queue they're originally submitted a ticket too they're unable to untake the ticket themselves.
