Kevin Murphy works as a programmer and sysadmin of a bioinformatics research group at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The White Lab uses RT to track software development, system admin tasks, and user inquiries from our web site, eGenome. We run it on a dual 1.4 GHz Mac OS X box with 1.5 GB RAM, using PostgreSQL.
