Currently the following databases are supported:
- MySQL 5.1 or later with InnoDB support.
- Postgres 8.4 or later; 9.0 or later suggested
- Oracle 9iR2 or later.
- SQLite 3.0 or later; for testing only, no upgrade path guaranteed
